When you hire us for any of our coaching programs, we will schedule a 30 minute initial coaching call.  During this call we will answer any questions you have about our program and we will be able to ask you questions to make sure that our program is a good fit for you.  At the end of this initial call, if you want a refund for any reason you may tell me at that time or e-mail me in writing and we will process a full refund quickly.

If you want to continue this coaching program after the 30 minute call, there will be no refund because we will have invested time on the phone with you and shared proprietary information.
